I am lucky to be in this field. Every client I’ve met
along the way
has contributed to my development.

I consider myself a health provider first. Immersed in the wellness space for two decades, I predominately practice through the modalities of rehabilitative bodywork and natural movement. The lens at which I view the body —facilitating its innate ability to heal and overcome challenges, offers clients a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to each person’s unique circumstance.

This fulfilling vocational path is greatly influenced by a lifetime of athletics & physical training as well as a deeply engrossed personal journey of chronic illness.

Combining all that I have learned from the world of rehabilitative bodywork and movement training with the lessons from managing my own illness and injuries has created a deep well of experience, knowledge & perspective matched with endless curiosity for personal expansion.

I look forward to sharing with you!
